Appointments

Some insurances may require a referral from a physician's office prior to scheduling an initial appointment and subsequent therapy sessions. Private pay clients are welcome to reach out to schedule an appointment without a referral. Please contact us if you have questions regarding referrals for service.

Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluations

A full and individualized evaluation will be completed by a highly trained, licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to determine any areas of need. Family members are encouraged to participate in the initial evaluation of their loved one. Please allow a minimum of 60 minutes for this appointment.

Evaluation Report & Clinical Recommendations

If the Speech-Language Pathologist determines the need for skilled therapeutic intervention, a treatment plan will be developed and submitted to the ordering physician and insurance company for approval. Once formal approval has been received from the physician and insurance company, you will be contacted to schedule a recurring speech therapy appointment.

 

(Some insurance companies take upwards of 30 days to submit approval.)

Telehealth & In-Person Treatment

Each individual's therapy needs are considered when recommending a treatment schedule. At a minimum, please plan for one 30 minute therapy session per week.

Services are offered via telehealth or in-person at the client's home.
